hh ja hj jb hl jc hn jd hp iv iw ix\" data-selectable-paragraph=\"\">Using purposefully neutral language in job descriptions, avoiding a “tech bro” feel that might discourage those looking specifically for a non-toxic environment.</li><li id=\"eb20\" class=\"hc hd ei ar he b hf iz hh ja hj jb hl jc hn jd hp iv iw ix\" data-selectable-paragraph=\"\">Exploring a fully distributed/remote company model, which will allow us to cast a wider hiring net.</li><li id=\"f6cc\" class=\"hc hd ei ar he b hf iz hh ja hj jb hl jc hn jd hp iv iw ix\" data-selectable-paragraph=\"\">Tweaking job descriptions to focus more on impact rather than rote requirements, considering that different candidates&nbsp;<a class=\"bf gf hq hr hs ht\" href=\"https://hbr.org/2014/08/why-women-dont-apply-for-jobs-unless-theyre-100-qualified\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow noreferrer\">self-evaluate in different ways</a>&nbsp;when
